    Hello lovely, we can't wait to meet you and are excited you booked your lash service with us! Please take a moment to read through our salon policies. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

  • Guest Safety:

    To ensure the safety of our guests/staff, and to allow us to give each guest our undivided attention, only the person receiving the lash service is permitted on the lashing floor. All other guests are asked to wait in the lash lounge. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

  • Cell Phones/Electronics:

    As a courtesy to other guests, we kindly request that phones be silenced, set to vibrate or turned off to ensure that all our guests receive a relaxing experience during their lash nap.

  • Cancellation Policy:

    Your lash services are reserved especially for you. We value your time and business. To avoid a 50% cancellation fee or full charge for no-show, we kindly ask that you give us a 24-hour notice prior to your scheduled appointment. A credit card will be required to reserve and secure your appointment. Thank you for your understanding, we appreciate your business!

  • Deposit:

    All deposits for services are non-refundable and will remain a credit on your account until used.

  • Product Returns:

    Any products purchased must be returned within 14 days of purchase date.

  • Age Requirements:

    Any guests under the age of 18 will be required to have written/signed consent from a parent or guardian prior to any lash services being performed.

  • Lash Touch-Up

    Touch up fills are available within 5 days of your last fill and by REQUEST ONLY. Your next fill will still need to be 3 weeks from your prior fill. Touch up fills do not extend this time frame. They are an additional service that only fills in small gaps and imperfections.
